SHIPPING DAMAGE:
This is NOT a WARRANTY, but we still need your help on completing our attached claims form. ALL SHIPPING DAMAGE CLAIMS must complete the attached claim for and must be made within 48 (Forty-Eight) hours after receipt of product from BIKE.com/claim. It is helpful to speed the process if the damage is noted upon receipt directly with the Logistics Company (UPS, FEDEX, USPS, LTL, Other) and a claim number is obtained.
SHIPPING CLAIM SUMMARY
If your product shows up with any visible damage it is highly encourage you make note with delivery team and obtain a claim number. You must make a claim within 48 (Forty-Eight) hours after receipt of product from BIKE.com/claim. BIKE.com will manage and support any shipping damages once the claim is received. Our goal is to get you out riding your new bike.

Q. My DENAGO ebike box is damaged what do I do?
A. Immediately note damage with delivery team and immediately go to BIKE.com/claim and open a claim.
Q. Who is responsible for shipping damage of product?
A. Technically the shipping company is responsible but we want to get you riding so if you can help fill out the CLAIMS form then we can get you what you need and we will work with the shipping company. We might need some more help from you but we will do the heavy lifting.
Q. How long will it take to get my damage product replaced.
A. BIKE.com will work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible. The process is that you will receive a notice that your claim is open and complete, or it is open but additional information is needed. Once we reach a complete status in the process our goal is to get you back up and riding as soon as possible. OUR GOAL IS TO GET YOU MOVING!
