Where Can I Find My Serial Number?

The serial number is stamped into the metal of the frame, either at the front of the bike below the DENAGO head badge, or on the underside of the bottom bracket. 

It's always a good idea to keep a copy of your serial number and order confirmation number for your records.

DENAGO MODEL 1 E09/E10 the serial number is on the BOTTOM BRACKET. Turn the bike upside down and you will be able to locate easily
